Jazmine Smith

Jazmine got her start in sales after leaving the military in 2006, achieving wildly successful goals, shattering company records in every role she held.
Her ability to identify opportunities and find a solution mixed with her willingness to go above and beyond made her a sought after voice and resource for company leadership.Through her creative innovations and strategic collaborations she leveraged her knowledge helping drive key metrics responsible for the reconstruction and development of policies, initiatives, and training methodologies that will inform future business decisions for years to come.
Among her many corporate career achievements and accolades for supporting the community she also witnessed first hand the failures time and time again where the practices did not align with the stated mission. Jazmine recognized the lack of understanding and communication in between the company, the employees and the communities they serve so she set out on a mission to ensure that other corporations and organizations could authentically connect with their audience, and without a crisis.
